What Comes First?
Egg, chick, hen… what comes first?
What your child learns
- Putting events in order: first, next, last
- Cause and effect: dark clouds come before the rain
- Everyday routines: brushing teeth, getting dressed, washing hands
- Retelling a story with sequencing words
How to play
- Listen to the question, then tap a card to hear what it says.
- Drag the cards into boxes 1, 2, 3 (and 4 at harder levels), or tap a card and then a box.
- When every box is full, the game checks. The first card out of place wiggles so your child can fix it from there.
- Get it right and the voice tells the whole story in order.
For parents
- After each round, ask your child to retell it: "First…, next…, last…".
- Beginners order 3 cards; a run of right answers moves up to 4.
- After two wrong tries, the right card for the next box blinks as a hint.
- Connect it to real life: "We washed our hands. What comes next?"
