Terms of use and privacy

1. The service

Bé Vui Học offers free learning games for children that run directly in the browser. The games support learning at home; they do not replace school, teachers or parents.

Children should use the site with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Privacy and data

Bé Vui Học has no accounts and never asks for personal information such as your child's name, age, email, phone number or photo.

• Game progress (stars, per-skill levels, saved games), sound and voice settings, and the light/dark mode are stored in the browser's storage (localStorage) on the device being used. This data is not sent to our servers.
• So games keep working offline, the browser keeps a copy of the pages, games and voice clips your child has opened (the site cache, up to a few dozen MB). These are only the website's own files and contain nothing about your child.
• To delete it, clear the site data (cookies and site data) for Bé Vui Học in your browser settings.
• Your child's tracing is saved as an image only when you press and hold the save button, and go to your device or wherever you choose to share them. We never receive them.
• There are no ads, no advertising cookies and no tools that track individual users.
• To understand how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not follow you across other websites and is not tied to any individual; we only see aggregate numbers such as page views, which pages are opened, country and device type.

3. Third-party services

To make the site work, your browser connects to the following technical services, which may log ordinary technical information such as IP address and browser type under their own policies:

• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website, and counts aggregate page views (Web Analytics).
• Google Fonts: provides the fonts shown on the site.

4. Content and copyright

The lesson content, game design and source code created by Bé Vui Học belong to Bé Vui Học. You are free to use the games with children at home and in the classroom. Please do not copy, republish or use the content commercially without permission.

Illustrations use Fluent Emoji (© Microsoft, MIT licence), button icons use Lucide (ISC licence), and the font is Baloo 2 (SIL OFL). The voice-over is generated with Vbee text-to-speech.

5. Limitation of liability

Bé Vui Học is provided "as is". We work to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Parents should keep an eye on screen time and make sure children take regular breaks.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site gains new features. The latest version is always on this page, with the date of the last update below. Any change in how data is handled will be stated clearly in the Privacy section.
